Pumpkin Spinach Goat Cheese Quiche Tart



With its flaky crust, this Pumpkin Spinach Goat Cheese Quiche Tart is a great mix of sweet and savory tastes. It has creamy pumpkin, tender spinach, and tangy goat cheese. It's great for breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet store-bought pie crust
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C

Line a tart pan with the pie crust and trim excess

Spread pumpkin puree evenly over the crust

Sprinkle chopped spinach and crumbled goat cheese over the pumpkin layer

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg

Pour the egg mixture over the pumpkin, spinach, and goat cheese

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set

Remove from oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving
